THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR STUDENTS Student registrations are only accepted with a copy of a student card. Students’ registration fees includes all benefits granted to regular participants. ONE-DAY ADMISSIONS One-day admissions will only be sold the same day at the Conference registration desk. Participants will benefit from all Conference activities taking place at the registered day. One-day participants will receive the complete Conference documentation. TECHNICAL TOUR Technical Tour on September 14 (Saturday) will include: the whole-day visit of hydraulic infra-structures of on-demand water delivery network and irrigation districts in the area managed by the Consortium Bonifica della Capitanata, lunch and walking tour in the city of Trani. |

| REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations of confirmed registrations will result in a 100 € cancellation fee per participant as long as it is received by August 15, 2013. Refunds by credit card or bank transfer will be made after the conference. |

| HOTEL BOOKING and CANCELATION POLICIES
A list of hotels with a preferential accommodation rate will be available since May 1, 2013and will be managed by a travel agency.Any modification or cancellation in hotel bookings has to be notified in writing to the organizing secretariat prior to September 1, 2013. 30% administrative charge will be applied for any modification or cancellation. After this date, no modification is possible and no refund can be made for cancellations. All refunds will be made after the congress. Hotel booking will not be accepted without corresponding payment. |

However, we are working on it and, probably, it will be available either for young researchers or those coming from less developed countries. Moreover, we are looking also for the EC funds but up to now we did not succeed to get any support. In any case, any funding opportunity will be announced at the Conference web site.

I am from The Gambia in West Africa, one of the least developed country in the world.I am definitely very interested to attend this important conference but again i want to apply for support either in the area of Airfare if possible.
Also if my registration is confirm can i be allow to pay my registration upon arrival instead of bank transfer is it possible.
(Other option) Also can i contact someone in Italy to pay for me?

Dear Conference Secretariat,
In continuation of my earlier letters, I am still looking forward for your favourable response regarding my request to waive the registration fee and provide 800 euro for travel costs. I am keenly interested to present my paper(Manuscript ID: CIGR/2013/131) accepted for oral presentation. But I am unable to get financial support from my institute for this purpose. I am not n a position to bear all the expenses. I, therefore, request to consider my case for financial assistance and make my participation successful.
